Important:

1. The suggested pick-up date may not be the actual collection date.
2. In order to avoid mistakes. Emsere will contact the site to verify the submitted information.
3. Once the Serial number, presence of packing material, address, time/date for the pickup and contact person have been verified, we will schedule collection by a courier.
4. Site will receive the transport documents by e-mail.
5. The AWB has to be printed and added to the transport box in a visible place.
